Tomorrow I start a fitness program that lasts 12 weeks and aids in fat loss. This will be the first time I try a program to lose weight instead of just doing my own thing. I hope I can stick with it all the way and eat right, too. This means I will have to cut junk food and unhealthy foods out of my diet which is usually sort of hard to do since my family eats a lot of unhealthy/fatty foods and also fast food. So this might be a challenge for me, but I hope to pull through. I’m pretty excited to start, I really want to lose the extra weight and get more toned. Well, I hope this works out for me!
